Vincent Philiponis

Dr. Vincent Philiponis is a well-established physician leader who most recently served with ICON Clinical Research as the senior director of medical affairs. Overseeing a half dozen physicians in various parts of the world, Dr. Vincent Philiponis undertook quality- and profitability-focused medical monitoring that centered on a pharmacovigilance program.

He also spearheaded a number of ICON partnerships as a medical representative. His responsibilities extended to serving as a drug development advisor and medical monitor across the full range of clinical-development phases, as well as undertaking post-marketing surveillance.

Dr. Vincent Philiponis holds graduate degrees in pharmacology and completed a doctor of medicine of degree .He also pursued a passion for the culinary arts at The Restaurant School in Philadelphia and learned French techniques for making classic breads, pastries, and candies. In 2006, Dr. Philiponis graduated from the school with an associates of art in pastry.
